The offer for craft breweries:
All of our strains are manufactured in three different sizes: for 5, 10 and 20 hl of wort. To provide the highest quality, all batches are manufactured on demand. The lead time is about 2-3 weeks. Our technical background allows us to produce yeast for up to 200 hl of beer per week!
Manufactured yeast slurry is always collected and tested on Mondays. All shipments take place on Tuesdays. The yeast is shipped in sterile canisters, packed in polystyrene boxes. Shipping via UPS.
We also offer propagation of external strains.
